Returns & Exchanges

Please read all of the description information carefully. If you have any questions or are unsure about something, please send me a question through the Contact Us form.
All of my jewellery is handcrafted and if you are unhappy with a custom order and, upon receipt, want it changed to suit you more, I will be willing to work with you to do minor alterations. You would be responsible for all shipping charges.

Returns

I do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that the product is defective or damaged, please contact me within 14 days with the details of the product and the defect.
You are responsible for any loss or damage when returning a damaged/defective item, and I can not guarantee that I will receive your returned item, unless you have shipped via ‘’Tracked Package’’. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

My aim is to ensure my customers are happy with their purchase and, if you are not totally satisfied with your item, please contact me thru the ‘’Contact Us’’ page , so we can discuss how to resolve the situation. I will work with you to exchange, make alterations if possible or purchase another item that is more suitable. Additional costs may be incurred if an item of greater value is chosen. Your happiness is my ultimate goal.

Shipping

ALL orders over $100 CAD will be shipped FREE
All items are carefully packaged and shipped in a bubble envelope, or box depending on size or number of products, to insure they remain damage free.
CANADIAN and INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES are shipped Via Canada Post.

Canadian Shipping

Shipping within Canada is $7 CAD.
Packages are shipped “SMALL TRACKED PACKET” and are insured and come with a Tracking Number which will be supplied to you via Email if desired.

United States Shipping

Shipping via Canada Post is $8USD and packages can take 10-15 business days to arrive. This service is not tracked nor insured. We will not replace or guarantee delivery if this option is chosen. However Canada Post rarely loses a parcel in our experience.
If you wish us to send your parcel via USPS the cost is $16USD, but is usually received within 3-5 business days from date of posting. This option is “SMALL TRACKED PACKET” and is insured and comes with a Tracking number which will be supplied to you via Email if desired.

International Shipping

Shipping from Canada is $15CAD.
Packages are shipped “SMALL TRACKED PACKET” and are insured and come with a Tracking Number which will be supplied to you via Email if desired.
